The woods start howling
And the curtains fall quick
The days abandon us in haste
And the nights reign supreme
Bones sponge the cold
And hearts go green
The shelters quake
And the floorboards creak
All life withers
But that of my Queen
Rosy red draped in white
A speck of color in an ocean grey
Dancing among the willows
She is the night become day
